(A) - All of the material we sell is first quality and comes to you in the original manufacturers' packaging. We do not deal in second quality or defective products.

(Q) - What do I do if I don’t order enough material and I end up running out?

(A) - The best way to avoid running short is by properly measuring before you place your order. But if you should come up short, we can ship you whatever you may need to finish the job.

(Q) - Does CTFLOORING accept returns if I order too much material?

(A) - Yes but keep in mind that most of our distributors and manufacturers charge a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 25% of the order as well as shipping costs. The best way to avoid that happening is just to properly measure your surfaces before you place the order

(Q) - I’ve never made a large purchase on the Internet. How do I know I'll get what I ordered?
